Service Learning
Education for Others
All students in grades ten and eleven complete structured service learning. Reflection is the point. Service without reflection is volunteerism. Service with reflection is education.
Students engage with educational outreach to under-resourced schools, community support for elderly and disabled populations, environmental conservation projects, charity concerts and fundraising, and hospital support programs.
We ask students not only “What did you do?” but also “What did you learn? What surprised you? What changed in you?”
