Teachers Who Stay
We maintain a 1:10 student-teacher ratio in our high school because we believe education happens in relationships. A teacher who knows a student's name, also knows their struggles, their gifts, their silences. That knowledge is pedagogical.
Bilingual Environment
Our faculty include long-tenured teachers who carry the institution's rhythms and stories, international English faculty who create an immersive bilingual environment, and local specialists who bridge traditions.
Students do not study English at Chingshin. They think in it, argue in it, dream in it.
Homeroom teachers accompany their classes throughout the day, present as mentors. The small moments — a word of encouragement before an exam, a quiet conversation after a disappointment — are where formation actually happens.
