Teachers Who Stay

Our faculty are irreplaceable

Our faculty are irreplaceable. Many have taught here for decades. They know the institution's rhythms, its stories, its unwritten wisdom. They chose this work as a vocation, and they stayed.

These are not antiquated ideals. They are descriptions of human beings who have learned to carry themselves with dignity, treat others with respect, and act with integrity when no one is watching.

1:10

We maintain a 1:10 student-teacher ratio in our high school because we believe education happens in relationships. A teacher who knows a student's name also knows their struggles, their gifts, their silences. That knowledge is pedagogical.

Bilingual Environment

Our international English faculty and local English specialists create a bilingual environment where language becomes a way of being in the world.

Students do not study English. They think in it, argue in it, dream in it.

Homeroom teachers accompany their classes throughout the day, present as mentors rather than monitors. The small moments — a word of encouragement before an exam, a quiet conversation after a disappointment — are where formation actually happens.
